I offer online individual therapy through www.GrowTherapy.com

You may sign up for services directly through the above website, or you may contact me, and I will help you get scheduled.

What to Expect

I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. Beginning therapy for the first time can be empowering, confusing, and downright uncomfortable all at the same time. I offer a space where you can be your authentic self, free from judgment. It takes a lot of courage to open up to a stranger and to ask for assistance, so take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health. I will do my best to make this process as easy as possible, and I will encourage you to go at a pace that meets your needs.

During our initial session, I like to get an understanding of what has prompted you to start therapy and what you’re hoping to get from the experience. I’d like us to work together to set realistic and attainable goals. In this way, I’m able to offer you an idea of what our work together would look like. The time will alternate between us getting to know one another better and determining if what I offer would be a good match for what you are seeking. My hope is that by the end of this first session, you will have a clear understanding of what to expect in deciding to work with me.
